Steve is a qualified yoga teacher. He teaches regular nude yoga classes in Sydney for men only. He also leads yoga retreats. At Xplore he will be teaching yoga classes for men and women. The style of yoga he teaches is Vinyassa, emphasizing flow and movement. In his classes he strives to create an atmosphere of comeradery, body-acceptance and sensuality (not sexuality).

Naked Yoga

The goal of naked yoga is to provide an opportunity for community and holistic social interaction between supportive, centered individuals who enjoy the practice of yoga. We strive to provide an atmosphere of comradery, body-acceptance, and sensuality (not sexuality). Although sensuality is an intrinsic part of this group practice, it should be clear that this is not intended to be a blatantly sexual workshop.

The workshop is open to all ages and body types. You don't have to have a perfect body to join and attend the class. Everyone is welcomed--gay, bi or straight. Diversity among members only adds to the dimension of the group, leading to a richer yoga experience. You will work a little, sweat a little . . . and you'll love it.
