His Workshop:
A storyteller, Tom Silver uses clothes to tell stories. He dresses for pleasure, discovering, at first by instinct, that clothes could themselves be a performance. The tone of an event could be set by the clothes he wore. They could enhance or change his persona. They could cause and influence emotions.
Tom tells stories in other ways too. In Sydney, he has co-produced burlesque shows, performed as Captain Spanky and His Sideshow of Lust, and made many presentations on aspects of sexuality at forums such as the Black Sash Salon, Uber and The Gathering.
In this workshop, you will learn the art of telling a story with your clothes. Learn also to dress someone. There will be many opportunities to share and to grow and develop everything that dressing for pleasure can be. Tom has hundreds of costumes for you to discover.
